氮酮(Azcne)是1982年发现的外用制剂的强效而无毒的透皮吸收促进剂,目前国内外对氮酮的研究较少。本文报告了一条适合我国国情的氮酮合成路线,经用红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振、气相色谱、板层析等指标确定了氮酮的化学结构和部分理化性质。
Azone (Azcne) is a potent and non-toxic transdermal absorption enhancer for topical preparations found in 1982. At present, there are few studies on Azone in China and abroad. In this paper, a synthesis route of azone suitable for our national conditions was reported. The chemical structure and some physicochemical properties of azone were determined by IR, MS, NMR, gas chromatography and plate chromatography.
