用免疫组织化学ABC法研究正常大鼠延髓网状背侧亚核(SRD)内的μ阿片肽受体(MOR)、L-ENK和M-ENK阳性结构的分布。结果显示:(1)该核内有较丰富的MOR阳性胞体和树突样结构分布;(2)SRD内L-ENK阳性胞体的分布密度为中等,主要由中小型的神经元构成,并见有较多的L-ENK阳性终末;(3)SRD内M-ENK阳性终末的分布很密集,偶见少量胞体。上述结果说明和ENK在该核内的分布是相互匹配的,提示SRD是内源性阿片肽的作用靶区。另对SRD神经元内上述物质的功能和意义进行讨论。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the distribution of mu opioid receptor (MOR), L-ENK and M-ENK positive structures in the medullary reticular dorsal subnucleus (SRD) of normal rats. The results showed that: (1) There were more abundant MOR positive cell bodies and dendritic structures in the nucleus; (2) The distribution density of L-ENK positive cell bodies in SRD was moderate and consisted mostly of small and medium sized neurons There are more L-ENK-positive terminals; (3) The distribution of M-ENK positive terminals in SRD is very dense, occasionally a small amount of cell body. The above results indicate that the distribution of ENK in the nucleus matches each other, suggesting that SRD is the target of endogenous opioid peptides. Another discussion of the function and significance of these substances in SRD neurons.
