科学发展观的提出反映了我们党对于社会主义现代化建设规律认识的深化,是党的执政理念和治国理念的重大飞跃,是党的执政能力提高的重要表现。而树立和落实科学发展观是目前加强党的执政能力建设、提高党的执政水平的迫切需要和直接体现。要真正贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想,增强党的执政能力,就要树立起科学发展的执政理念,就要在经济、政治、文化以及人的全面发展的意义上来把握我党执政兴国的第一要务,以科学的思想、科学的制度、科学的方法领导好中国特色社会主义事业。只有这样,才能始终保持党的先进性,使党的执政基础更加巩固。
The proposition of the scientific concept of development reflects our party’s deepening understanding of the law of socialist modernization, a significant leap in the concept of governing the party and the idea of running the country, and an important manifestation of the improvement of the party’s ability to govern. We must grasp our party’s policy of ruling and rejuvenating the country in the sense of economic, political, cultural and people’s all-round development The first priority is to lead the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics with scientific thinking, scientific system and scientific method. Only in this way can we always maintain the advanced nature of the party and further consolidate the party’s governing foundation.
