报道9例儿童期混合型胶质细胞瘤,占同期74例成人本病的12％。其中5例肿瘤为Ⅰ或Ⅱ级;4例为Ⅲ或Ⅳ级。4例瘤组织由相等量的少支胶质细胞与星形细胞两种成分构成;3例肿瘤成分以少支胶质细胞为主;另2例肿瘤主要成分为星形细胞。均采取手术治疗并辅以放疗。观察到具有少支胶质细胞成分为主的肿瘤极易侵入多个脑叶,基底节或丘脑区,且预后不良。
Report of 9 cases of childhood mixed glioblastoma, accounting for 74% of the same period of adult 12% of the disease. Five of the tumors were grade I or II and four were grade III or IV. 4 cases of tumor tissue composed of equal amount of glial cells and astrocytes composed of two components; 3 cases of tumor components to the main glial cells; the other two main components of the tumor astrocytes. Surgical treatment was supplemented with radiotherapy. It is observed that tumors with few glial cell components predominantly invade into multiple lobes, basal ganglia, or thalamic regions with poor prognosis.
