用紫外激光共振激励火焰中的Mn原子,采用了水冷电极,检测了Mn的激光增强电离光谱(LEIS)信号及检测限,并研究了不同杂质浓度对LEIS强度的影响。
The Mn atoms in the flame were excited by UV laser resonance, and the water-cooled electrode was used to detect the LEIS signal and the detection limit. The effects of different impurity concentrations on the LEIS intensity were also studied.
