原因之一 是不必花钱。球员所到之处,总是有众多女孩子追逐左右。作者每次去看全明星周末,黄昏时候或球员比赛回来,在球员下榻酒店的大厅中最多的不是球迷,而是穿著打扮争奇斗艳甚至十分妖冶的女孩子。而平时门禁森严的高级大饭店,这时也不再盘查了。这些女孩子几乎都是抱着同样的一个目的:就是渴望那些球员带她们回房间。年轻的男性又有几人能拒绝送到嘴边的而且是免费的女孩子呢?原因之二 是球员身强力壮,不在乎夜夜春宵。原因之三 是钱钞多多,万一闹出事来,不怕花钱消灾。原因之四 是这种男女随兴的性关系,在今天的社会中已经不再被视为罪恶了。
