大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞体外经内毒素活化后,对致病大肠杆菌有显著细胞毒作用(P<0.001).本实验证实经LPS活化的大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞溶破致病大肠杆菌能力明显提高;在体外实验以大承气汤为代表的寒下方剂对这一细胞毒作用具有协同效应,能显著增强巨噬细胞的细胞毒作用.
Rat peritoneal macrophages were activated by endotoxin in vitro and had significant cytotoxicity against pathogenic E. coli (P<0.001). This experiment confirmed that the ability of LPS-activated rat peritoneal macrophages to destroy pathogenic E. coli was significant. Enhancement; In vitro experiments represented by Dachengqi Decoction have a synergistic effect on this cytotoxicity and can significantly enhance the cytotoxicity of macrophages.
