社会主义生产的特点之一,就是保护劳动者在生产过程中的安全和身体健康。毛主席曾指出:“在实施增产节约的同时,必须注意职工的安全健康和必不可少的福利事业;如果只注意前一方面而忽视或忘记了后一方面,那是错误的。”这就说明了在社会主义企业中生产与安全是不可分割的统一整体,各级领导必须十分重视技术工作,并且要随着生产的发展,相应地改善安全设施。在发展生产的基础上,千方百计地采取各种措施,改善劳动条件,减少伤亡事故与职业病,促使生产效率下断提高。
One of the characteristics of socialist production is to protect the safety and physical health of laborers in the production process. Chairman Mao once pointed out: “It is a mistake to pay attention to the safety and health of workers and the essential welfare undertakings while implementing the economy of increasing production. It is wrong if we neglect or forget the latter aspect only in the light of the previous aspect.” This shows that production and security in socialist enterprises are an integral whole. The leaders at all levels must attach great importance to technical work and should, along with the development of production, improve their safety facilities accordingly. On the basis of developing production, we will try our best to adopt various measures to improve working conditions, reduce casualties and occupational diseases, and push production efficiency down.
