目的探究优质护理在老年输液护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年10月至2016年12月门诊收治的100例老年患者,将其按照简单随机的方式分为两组,观察组50例,对照组50例;其中观察组患者给予优质护理,对照组患者实施常规护理;探究2组患者在不同护理后的治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组患者经护理后治疗依从性(93.15±3.22)分、护理满意度92.00%与对照组患者经护理后治疗依从性(76.35±2.36)分、护理满意度76.00%相对比,存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论老年患者采用优质护理的临床效果明显,能有效提高治疗依从性、护理满意度,临床上值得推广及应用。
Objective To explore the application of quality nursing in the elderly infusion care. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients admitted to our clinic from October 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Patients in the observation group were given quality care , The control group of patients to implement routine care; explore the two groups of patients in different care compliance, nursing satisfaction. Results The post-treatment compliance (93.15 ± 3.22), nursing satisfaction (92.00%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.35 ± 2.36) and the nursing satisfaction was 76.00% Difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of using quality nursing in elderly patients is obvious, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
