一、大力宣传贯彻执行国家《文物保护法》和《文物保护法实施条例》,进一步提高法制意识,依法做好文物和文化遗产保护工作。1、各级党政领导和政府工作部门要加大学习贯彻新《文物保护法》和《文物保护法实施条例》的力度。建议将《文物保护法》及其《实施条例》列入各级党政干部法制学习内容,以全面领会《文物保护法》的具体内容,不断提高依法行政、依法管理的能力和水平。2、文物管理部门和新闻媒体等要通过各种方式向全社会宣传新《文物保护法》及其《实施条例》,宣传历史文化名城的内涵和内容,普及文物基础知识,进一步提高全社会的文物保护法制意识和保护历史文化名城、保护文物和文化遗产的历史责任感。3、纪检、公安、司法等有关部门,对破坏文物的事件要认真查
