我国现代企业面临着国内外市场经济环境的竞争,而且随着经济的发展,这种同行业竞争的趋势越来越明显。从本质上来讲,企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,人才在企业的经济发展中起着关键作用。企业对人才的选拔和淘汰实行工资绩效考核的方式,有助于企业选择合适的人才。但是这种制度在发挥作用的同时,也存在一些问题,企业需要进一步完善工作绩效考核制度,保证其人力资源正常运行。
The modern enterprises in our country are facing the competition of domestic and international market economy environment, and with the economic development, the trend of competition in the same industry is more and more obvious. In essence, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents, and talent plays a key role in the economic development of enterprises. The selection and elimination of qualified personnel to implement the performance evaluation of wages, help companies choose the right people. However, this system plays a role as well as some problems. Enterprises need to further improve the work performance appraisal system to ensure the normal operation of its human resources.
