为解决细菌学快速诊断技术中标本除杂菌杂质的问题,我们建立了致敏红细胞吸附免疫荧光技术(EAIF),已在食品沙门氏菌的快速检验中得到成功的应用。为了简化试剂制备手续,进一步提高本技术的使用性能,我们又建立了玻片固相抗菌抗体吸附免疫荧光技术(SPAIF),也在食品沙门氏菌,以及金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌的快速诊断中应用成功。这些工作为免疫荧光技术在基层实验室用于细菌的快速检验创造了有利条件。本文报告SPAIF建立的主要试验数据及其基本性能。
In order to solve the problem of impurity removal of samples in bacteriology rapid diagnostic technology, we established sensitized erythrocyte adsorption immunofluorescence (EAIF) technology and have been successfully applied in the rapid test of food salmonella.
