目的:通过对女性生殖系统淋球菌感染的患者进行观察,探讨头孢克肟片治疗女性生殖系统淋球菌感染的效果。方法:2014年1月至2016年1月,选择40例韶关市慢性病防治院收治的女性生殖系统淋球菌感染患者,并对其进行随机分组,对照组20例采用头孢曲松钠进行单剂量肌注治疗,观察组20例采用头孢克肟胶囊进行单剂量口服,观察和对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组60.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头孢克肟片治疗女性生殖系统淋球菌感染的效果显著,能够有效地缓解淋球菌感染的症状。
Objective: To observe the effect of cefixime tablets in the treatment of gonococcal infection in the female reproductive system by observing the gonococcal infection in female reproductive system. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016, 40 female genital gonorrhea patients who were admitted to Shaoguan Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 20 cases were treated with ceftriaxone sodium Note treatment, 20 cases of observation group using cefixime capsules for single-dose oral administration, observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of cefixime tablets in the treatment of gonococcal infection in the female reproductive system is remarkable, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of gonococcal infection.
