以“心里美”萝卜为材料,研究了晚播导致亲代营养生长期经低温短光照胁迫对子代种子萌发以及苗期抗氧化酶活性等的影响。结果表明,处理组萝卜种子发芽指数以及幼苗活力指数、鲜重和根长与同期对照组(CK2)相比没有显著性差异,处理组苗高显著高于亲代对照组(CK1和CK2);处理组子叶的POD活性和根部可溶性蛋白含量显著高于CK2;根和下胚轴的α-淀粉酶活性显著高于CK2;POD和α-淀粉酶同工酶谱带在处理组、CK1和CK2同一器官间差异不明显。由此推论,亲代营养生长期经低温短光照胁迫对萝卜子代种子活力以及苗期生长没有显著的远期影响。
The effects of late sowing on the germination of offspring seedlings and the activities of antioxidant enzymes during the vegetative growth period under low temperature and short light stress were studied by using “Sweet and Sour” radish. The results showed that the seed germination index, seedling vigor index, fresh weight and root length of radish seedlings were not significantly different from CK2 in the same treatment group, and the seedling height of the treated group was significantly higher than that of the parental control group (CK1 and CK2) POD activity and root soluble protein content of cotyledons were significantly higher than that of CK2; α-amylase activity of root and hypocotyls was significantly higher than that of CK2; POD and α-amylase isozymes bands were the same in treatment group, CK1 and CK2 No significant difference between organs. It can be inferred that there was no significant long-term effect on the seed vigor and the seedling growth of radish offspring under the condition of short-term short-term light stress during the parental vegetative growth period.
