经过长期的摸索和实践,中国已经走出了一条具有中国特色的社会主义人权发展道路,创立了中国特色社会主义人权理论,而且建立了相应的人权保障制度。本文归纳了中国特色社会主义人权发展道路之五个方面的特点,总结了中国特色社会主义人权理论的重要观点,并且分析了中国特色社会主义人权保障制度的三个层次。只有坚持中国特色社会主义人权发展道路才能更好地推进我国人权事业的发展和进步。
After a long period of exploration and practice, China has embarked on a road of development of human rights with Chinese characteristics, established the theory of human rights with Chinese characteristics, and established a system of human rights protection. This article summarizes the characteristics of the five aspects of the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, summarizes the important views of the theory of human rights with Chinese characteristics, and analyzes the three levels of the system of safeguarding human rights with Chinese characteristics. Only by adhering to the path of human rights development with socialism with Chinese characteristics can we better promote the development and progress of the cause of human rights in our country.
