[目的]了解福建省免费婚前医学检查(婚检)现状与质量。[方法]在问卷式调查的基础上,每个设区市抽取2所婚检机构重点现场督查,通过听汇报、现场查看、查阅资料、个别交谈、电话核查等方法进行。[结果]85所婚检机构均取得婚前保健执业许可证,婚检医师绝大部分取得母婴保健合格证,配有主检医师;各级机构均按规范进行各项常规检查,进行婚前医学检查、婚前卫生咨询与婚前卫生指导和健康教育,85.9%的机构半天内发证。免费婚检大部分始于2007年,85.9%婚检机构全部由政府买单,婚检率由2004年的1.2%上升至2008年81.9%。[结论]福建省均开展了免费婚检,婚检质量有待进一步提高。
[Objective] To understand the status quo and quality of free pre-marital medical examination (premarital) in Fujian Province. [Methods] On the basis of questionnaire survey, 2 district-level cities were selected to carry out key on-site supervision of premarital institutions through listening reports, on-site viewing, access to information, individual conversations and telephone verification. [Results] All 85 pre-marital medical institutions obtained the pre-marital health practitioner’s license. Most of the pre-marital medical doctors obtained the maternal and child health certificate with primary medical examiners. The institutions at all levels carried out the routine medical examination according to the regulations, Premarital health counseling and prenuptial health guidance and health education, 85.9% of institutions to be issued within half a day. Most of the free premarital examinations started in 2007, with 85.9% of all premarital institutions paid for by the government. The rate of premarital examination rose from 1.2% in 2004 to 81.9% in 2008. [Conclusion] Free premarital examination was conducted in Fujian Province, and the quality of premarital examination needs to be further improved.
