崔儒秀墓志现藏于三门峡市车马坑博物馆。该墓志于1987年在三门峡市黄金冶炼厂基建工地发现出土。据发掘者言,出土时除此志外,尚有三口棺木,棺内均无尸骨,墓内也无随葬品,当时即疑为衣冠冢。而志文中有载:“……崔公藏衣冠之所。”恰也证实了这一点。墓志质为青石,长方形。志盖高79厘米,宽128厘米,厚15厘米,题篆书:“明诰赠大理寺卿崔贞公墓志”。志高78厘米,宽128厘米,厚14.5厘米。54行,满行35字。正书,王
