现在,2002届毕业生求职的高峰期已经过去,只听到各方面都在抱怨:毕业生工作为什么这么难找?笔者在各人才市场举办的每周人才集市上,一般都能瞧见不少没落实单位的应届毕业生辗转反复于各招聘企业的摊位前(其间电有少量的往届毕业生)。据了解,他们几乎都有多次求职经历,但由于多方面的原因,至今都没能进入理想的职场,此刻都在翘首祈盼。面对此类情形,笔者深入分析了一下,就该现象提几点自己的看法,或许对心神不宁的他们有所帮助。首先,先查找此前多次应聘未果的原因。一般的应届毕业生在毕业前都经历过各类规模不一的招聘会,应该有多次择业机会。但为何没有获得成功呢?招聘方的客观因素固然存在,但此刻重要的应从主观方面寻找原因,重新审视自己。经分析,目前应聘不成功主要有以下几个方面的主观原因:一是从众心理过重。在择业中,不是从自身的特点、能力和社会需要方面出发,而是盲目攀比,只求得一时心理平衡,孰不知这样往往不利于实现自我价值和长远发展;二是过于理想主义。有些应聘者特别是那些各方面条件都不错的学生,他们的期望值居高不下,刻意追求最美满的结 Now, the peak of the 2002 job seekers has passed, just to hear all aspects of the complainant: why the graduates work so hard to find?
