学校文化是学校成员共同认可并接受的核心价值观念,是全校师生共同坚持的一整套信念和行为方式,共同遵守的一系列规则和习惯,是学校风范和学校精神的直接体现。它能够产生凝聚力、创造力、适应性和持久性,是一所学校生存的基础、发展的动力和成功的保证。为此,在长期的办学实践中,我和我的团队十分注重建设一种充满尊重关怀,充满拼搏向上,充满团结和谐的校园文化,并努力创办着让人民群众满意的优质学校。
School culture is a core value commonly accepted and accepted by school members. It is a set of beliefs and behaviors commonly followed by teachers and students in the whole school. It is a series of rules and habits that are common to all students. It is a direct embodiment of school style and school spirit. Its ability to generate cohesion, creativity, adaptability and permanence is the foundation of a school’s existence, the impetus for its development and its guarantee of success. To this end, in the long run school practice, I and my team have placed great emphasis on building a campus culture full of respect and care, full of hard work, full of unity and harmony, and strive to create quality schools that satisfy the masses.
