本文介绍了中国应用最广泛的两种绿色建筑评估体系的相关内容,阐述了中国绿色建筑的发展现状,中国通过认证的绿色建筑项目逐年增多,但是中国的绿色建筑发展尚处于初级阶段。作为中国绿色建筑发展较为成熟的地区之一,北京市绿色建筑虽然政策体系,绿色建筑标准体系已形成,绿色建筑规模数量也处于全国领先水平,但其绿色建筑发展仍然存在一定的问题及局限。
This article introduces the two most widely used green building evaluation systems in China, expounds the current status of China’s green building development and the number of green building projects certified by China is increasing year by year. However, China’s green building development is still in its infancy. As one of the more mature green building in China, although Beijing’s green building has formed a policy system and a green building standard system, and the number of green buildings is also at the leading level in the country, its green building still has some problems and limitations.
