目的:通过对不同生长时间的蛇百子全草中齐墩果酸的动态变化情况分析,研究蛇百子药材的最佳采收期。方法:利用HPLC法对不同采收期的蛇百子药材中主要化学成分-齐墩果酸的含量进行测定,找出蛇百子在不同生长时期中的齐墩果酸的含量变化情况。结果:蛇百子在幼苗期、成熟期、枯萎期的齐墩果酸含量分别为0.50%、0.22%、0.11%。结论:药用植物蛇百子在其幼苗期时齐墩果酸含量最高,成熟期时次之,枯萎期含量最少。故此,蛇百子药材的最佳采收期为幼苗期。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the dynamic changes of oleanolic acid in whole-grass snakegrass at different growth times to study the optimal harvest period of snake-billed herb. METHODS: The content of oleanolic acid, the main chemical component in snake’s blood, was determined by HPLC and the content of oleanolic acid in different growth stages was determined. Results: The content of oleanolic acid was 0.50%, 0.22% and 0.11% in the seedling stage, mature stage and withered period, respectively. Conclusion: The content of oleanolic acid in the seedling stage of medicinal plant Baixiezi is the highest, followed by the least in the mature stage and the least in the withering stage. Therefore, the best harvest period of snake a hundred herbs is the seedling period.
