干运行弧齿锥齿轮齿面温升分析

根据啮合与成型原理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮齿面方程。采用有限元方法对弧齿锥齿轮进行了加载接触分析,获得了弧齿锥齿轮齿面10个啮合点的接触正压力、相对滑动速度以及摩擦因数。应用传热学原理,在对摩擦热源与热传导参数分析基础上,建立了弧齿锥齿轮啮合非稳态温度场有限元模型,仿真分析了齿轮干运行齿面温度场分布及其随时间变化规律。结果表明,弧齿锥齿轮干运行初始阶段,随着啮合周期的增加,齿面温度急速上升,之后上升缓慢,在温度上升的同时还出现与啮合周期相对应的波动;啮合转速增大使温度急速上升的时间延长,同时转速的增加导致更显著的温度上升。 According to the principle of meshing and forming, the tooth surface equation of spiral bevel gear was established. The contact analysis of the spiral bevel gear was carried out by using the finite element method. The contact positive pressure, the relative sliding velocity and the friction coefficient were obtained at 10 meshing points of the tooth surface of the spiral bevel gear. Based on the analysis of friction heat source and heat conduction parameters, a finite element model of unsteady temperature field of spiral bevel gear meshing was established. The distribution of temperature field and its variation with time were simulated . The results show that with the increase of meshing period, the temperature of tooth flank increases rapidly at the initial stage of spiral bevel gear dry operation and then rises slowly. At the same time, the temperature fluctuates correspondingly with the meshing period. When the meshing speed increases, the temperature rapidly increases The rise time is lengthened, while the increase in rotational speed leads to more pronounced temperature rise.
