1993年12月15日,高邑县召开乡镇企业观摩拉练会议,记者应邀参加了这一活动。隆冬季节,天气寒冷,所有与会的乡镇党委书记、乡镇长、各乡镇主管乡镇工作的副乡长、工商局、电力局、土管局等有关部门的负责人却早早来到县委大院,满怀着对乡镇企业工作的极大重视,等待出发。浩浩荡荡的车队鱼贯般驶出县城,参观了9个乡镇的22家企业。这次观摩拉练遵循“看新不看旧,看大不看小”的原则,因此,这些企业对所有与会者来说都较为陌生,每到一处,大家都认真地听取汇报,走访参观,表现了极大的热情和兴趣。大上企业、发展经济的良好势头鼓动了人们的情绪,使观摩拉练出现了一个个高潮,大家不顾鞍马劳顿,走车间,钻厂房,与企业职工共同分享投产的喜悦,并对照先进乡镇,寻找各自的不足,悄悄谋划今后的奋斗目标。
