目前消毒剂中的醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑的含量测定，均采用高氯酸滴定法〔１，２〕。由于复方消毒剂中同时含有醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑两种成分，因此无法通过滴定的方法准确定量。本文使用双波长线性回归法同时测定复方消毒剂中的醋酸氯已定和甲硝唑的含量。该方法采用等吸收法〔３〕?
Currently disinfectants in the determination of chlorine and metronidazole determination of the content, are used perchloric acid titration [1,2]. Due to the compound disinfectant contains both chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole two ingredients, it can not be accurately quantified by titration method. In this paper, dual-wavelength linear regression method for the simultaneous determination of compound disinfectant chlorine in the chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole content.
