为适应社会科学研究从单兵分散研究转向群体集合研究发展态势的需要 ,突出我省重点学科、优长学科、新兴学科建设 ,促进我省社会科学事业的发展 ,经单位提出申请 ,省社科规划办组织专家评审 ,湖南省社会科学规划领导小组、中共湖南省委宣传部联合行文 [社科规划领字 ( 2 0 0 2 ) 4号 ] ,决定在湖南师大等单位建立 17个我省首批社会科学研究基地。《求索》杂志从 2 0 0 2年第 5期开始开设“湖南省重点社科研究基地巡礼”专栏 ,摘要介绍我省首批重点社科研究基地的情况。
