健全的、科学管理的三级妇幼保健网是搞好农村初级卫生保健的重要措施。在改革和管理三级妇幼保健网方面,我们主要做了以下几项工作。一、调查研究,发现问题我们首先调查了区妇幼保健院的情况,该院存在两个主要问题。一是体制问题,这所妇幼保健院是由集体所有制的一所综合医院与原区妇幼保健站合并而成的。实际能做妇幼保健工作的人员只占15.96%;二是该院远离区政府所在地,难以起到组织、指导全区妇幼保健的中心作用。其次是13个乡(镇)医院的防保组,也起不到区、乡、村三级妇幼保健网的纽带作用。

In the reform and management of three maternal and child health networks, we mainly do the following work.
