陈某,男,22岁,广东籍。出生时毛发正常,2岁后毛发变细、干躁、无光泽,3岁时头发和毳毛开始脱落,不能再生。1985年2月同其父(患有同种疾病)来院治疗。检查见头发、腋毛、阴毛、毳毛、睫毛均明显稀少,但眉毛基本正常。留下的头发细而软,长4～6cm左右。光学显微镜检查毛发形态未见异常。指(趾)甲、牙齿、骨骼均未见有明显异常,出汗正常,智力正常。实验室检查未见异常
