目的:建立金蒲胶囊的质量标准。方法:对红花、黄芪、人工牛黄、蒲公英、穿山甲进行定性鉴别。结果:金蒲胶囊色谱在与红花、穿山甲对照药材色谱以及黄芪甲苷、胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、咖啡酸对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点或荧光斑点。结论:文章所述的红花、黄芪、人工牛黄、蒲公英、穿山甲的薄层鉴别方法可列入金蒲胶囊质量标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Jinpu capsule. Methods: Safflower, Astragalus, artificial bezoar, dandelion, pangolin for qualitative identification.
