以数值模拟自熔式燃硫炉燃烧室内湍流燃烧过程。考察不同过量空气系数α对出口组分摩尔浓度的影响,求出最佳过量空气系数α为1.6;通过对α为1.6时燃烧过程的速度场、温度场及组分浓度场分析,结果表明:自熔式燃硫炉中各组分混合效果不均匀,燃烧效果不理想,出口中含有较多对生产有害的S_2、SO_3气体。模拟结果为自熔式燃硫炉的改进提供参考。
A Numerical Simulation of Turbulent Combustion in a Self - fluxing Sulfur - fired Burning Chamber. The influence of different excess air coefficient α on the molar concentration of the outlet components was investigated. The optimum excess air coefficient α was found to be 1.6. Through analyzing the velocity field, temperature field and component concentration field of the combustion process when α was 1.6, Self-fluxing sulfur burning furnace in the mixing effect of each component is uneven, the combustion effect is not ideal, the export contains more harmful to the production of S_2, SO_3 gas. The simulation results provide a reference for the improvement of self-fluxing sulfur furnace.
