医院收益的好坏与管理的力度分不开。不但收入需要管理,在支出方面也要有严格的管理制度和有力措施。1 增加开支透明度 一个单位、一个部门的开支水平每个管理者要做到心中有数。购买物品,要实行公开招标制,有多方代表人员参与咨询、评质、评价。我院每月的药品销售量在300万元以上,如何把握进货渠道,这与效益有直接的关系。笔者建议: (1)成立药事委员会,除主管院长、科主任参加外,还要有审计、财务以及有关科室的人员参加,增加群众监督的透明度。在保证质量的前提下,选择价格低的,实行公开招标,签订合同。避免回扣揣入个人腰包现象发生。
