目的:了解肌肉注射损伤坐骨神经程度及预后的关系;方法:用J—D2型的肌电图仪对43例肌肉注射损伤坐骨神经患者进行常规肌电图检查;结果:肌肉注射直接损伤坐骨神经和间接药物浸润性损伤有插入电位延长、肌休状态有纤颤正相电位,轻收缩无多相电位时限不长,最大收缩单纯相或单纯混合相。较重患者轻收缩无运动单位电位。感觉及运动神经传导速度变慢;结论:肌电图检查可明确坐骨神经有无直接或间接神经源性损伤
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the degree of sciatic nerve injury and the prognosis of intramuscular injection. Methods: The routine electromyography was performed on 43 patients with sciatic nerve injury caused by intramuscular injection using J-D2 electromyography instrument. RESULTS: Intramuscular injection of sciatic nerve and indirect drugs Invasive injury with prolonged insertion, fibromuscular muscle relaxation state positive phase potential, light contraction without multiphase potential time is not long, the largest contraction of simple phase or simple mixed phase. Severe patients with light contractions no motor unit potential. Sensory and motor nerve conduction slows down; Conclusion: Electromyography can determine whether the sciatic nerve directly or indirectly neurogenic injury
