为提高车辆的舒适性,减轻驾驶员负担,实现车辆动力传动的集中控制,开发了变速箱控制系统.系统以80C552单片机为核心,开发了控制系统的软件和硬件,根据实验结果确定了主油压控制规律,最后进行了系统联机调试.实验结果表明,所设计的变速箱控制系统能够根据给定的换档控制规律适时换档和进行变矩器的解锁和闭锁控制,系统主油路油压控制合理,能够达到预期的控制效果.
In order to improve the comfort of the vehicle, reduce the driver’s burden and realize the centralized control of the vehicle power transmission, a gearbox control system has been developed. The system is based on 80C552 single-chip microcomputer. The software and hardware of the control system are developed. Based on the experimental results, the principle of main hydraulic control is determined. Finally, the system is debugged online. The experimental results show that the designed gearbox control system can shift gear and control the torque converter in a timely manner according to the given shift control law. The hydraulic pressure in the main oil passage of the system is controlled reasonably and the expected control effect can be achieved.
