胰岛移植是治疗糖尿病行之有效的方法,但供体数量不足限制了它的广泛应用,干细胞具有不断增殖和分化的潜能而成为胰岛细胞来源的研究热点。胚胎干细胞和骨髓、胰腺、肝脏等来源的成体干细胞在体外可诱导分化为胰岛内分泌细胞。未来研究应致力于如何提高干细胞诱导分化的效率和改善分化所得胰岛细胞的成熟度。
Islet transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes, but insufficient donor limits its wide application. Stem cells have the potential to proliferate and differentiate and become the research hotspot of islet cells. Adult stem cells derived from embryonic stem cells and bone marrow, pancreas, liver, etc., can be induced to differentiate into islet endocrine cells in vitro. Future research should focus on how to improve the efficiency of stem cell-induced differentiation and improve the maturation of the differentiated islet cells.
