本文用事例阐述了教育中批评和惩罚的运用技巧。批评的运用技巧:调整自己的心态,平静公正地看待学生的问题;关注学生在问题中的情绪情感,帮助学生从问题中找到成长的力量;就事论事,不以偏概全;合理选择批评方式和艺术,适事、适人、适时、适度、适情。惩罚的运用技巧:杜绝体罚、变相体罚、心理惩罚等不当惩罚;顾及学生的承受能力;“量刑”适当,不随心所欲;事后及时辅以说服教育;恰如其分地开展惩戒教育。
This article illustrates the application of criticism and punishment skills in education. Criticize the use of skills: to adjust their mentality, calm and fair view of students’ problems; pay attention to the emotional emotions of students in the problem, to help students find the power of growth from the problem; to discuss the matter, not partial overview; reasonable choice of criticism and Art, Fitness, Fitness, Timeliness, Moderation, Fitness.
