在市场竞争这个“生态”环境中,大企业犹如参天大树,而小企业是名不见经传的小草。小企业在人力、物力、财力等各方面都远逊于大型企业,但是小企业也有很多大型企业不具备的优势:机动灵活、反应灵敏、危机感强烈、富于进取等等。国内外许多小企业在市场上的良好表现,正是因为充分发挥了自身的差异化优势,并将这些优势形成独特的竞争力。
In the “eco” environment of market competition, big companies are like towering trees, while small businesses are little-known grass. Small enterprises are far inferior to large enterprises in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resources. However, small enterprises have the advantages that many large enterprises do not have: flexibility, responsiveness, strong sense of crisis and aggressiveness. Many small and medium enterprises at home and abroad in the market a good performance, it is precisely because of their own advantages of differentiation, and these advantages form a unique competitive edge.
