本文开发研制了可控制配气机构温度和润滑条件,进行动力学特性试验和耐久性试验研究的配气机构综合试验系统。该试验系统包括润滑油系统、循环水系统、试验控制系统、被试配气机构、数据采集分析系统等五部分。试验系统应用动态信号分析仪提高动力学特性试验数据采集精度,采用气门加速度与气门位移数据融合的方法削弱干扰信号,提取气门速度信号,此外,试验系统程序还可设定凸轮轴转速,进行配气机构耐久性试验。
In this paper, we developed a comprehensive test system of the valve train that can control the temperature and lubrication conditions of the valve train, carry out the dynamic characteristic test and the durability test and study. The test system includes lubricating oil system, circulating water system, test control system, test gas distribution agencies, data acquisition and analysis system and other five parts. The dynamic signal analyzer is used in the test system to improve the accuracy of dynamic data acquisition. The data of the acceleration of the valve and the data of the valve displacement are used to weaken the interference signal and extract the valve speed signal. In addition, the test system program can also set the camshaft speed, Gas institutions durability test.
