我们自1985年初至1990年底使用囊腔银夹造瘘术治疗颅咽管瘤36例,效果满意。现将我们的体会介绍如下: 临床资料和手术方法 一般资料本组男28例,女8例。年龄为6～54岁,平均23.5岁。发病年龄高峰在10～20岁(39.5％)。病程1个月～9年,平均为23.7个月。 主要临床表现 头痛呕吐31例(86.1％),以此症为首发者22例(71％)。视觉损害27例(75％)其中视乳头苍白7例,视野缺损18例,以此为首发者10例(27.8％)。多饮多尿9例(25％),为首发者2
