为了解决油田含水率高、普通注水波及范围小、原油采收率低的问题,俄罗斯巴什科尔多斯坦石油公司经过一系到普查研究工作,研制出一种沉降凝胶工艺。采用这种工艺,可以降低产层被冲洗区的渗透性,减少驱替方向上的非均质程度,调整吸水剖面,降低伴生水产量,提高原油采收率。本文对这种工艺的室内实验情况和矿场应用效果作了较为详细的介绍。
In order to solve the problem of high moisture content of oilfield, small range of common water injection and low crude oil recovery, Russia’s Bashkortostan oil company has developed a sedimentation gel technology through a series of census and research work. The adoption of this technology can reduce the permeability of the irrigated zone in the production zone, reduce the degree of heterogeneity in the displacement direction, adjust the water absorption profile, reduce the associated aquatic output and increase the recovery rate of crude oil. In this paper, the indoor laboratory conditions of this process and the effect of the mine made a more detailed introduction.
