目的探讨CD147及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胃癌中表达特点及其生物学行为关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测58例胃癌组织及20例正常胃黏膜组织中CD147和MMP-2的表达情况。结果CD147及MMP-2在胃癌组中的阳性表达率分别为77.6%及82.8%,均高于正常胃黏膜组(P<0.01);两者的阳性表达均与胃癌的浸润深度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,与分化程度无明显关联;胃癌中CD147及MMP-2的表达具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中CD147和MMP-2的高表达,可以作为胃癌生物学行为的客观参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in gastric carcinoma and its biological behavior. Methods The expressions of CD147 and MMP-2 in 58 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive rates of CD147 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer group were 77.6% and 82.8%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal gastric mucosa group (P <0.01). The positive expressions of CD147 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer group were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, clinical stage, There was no correlation between the expression of CD147 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of CD147 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer can be an objective reference for the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
