我院于1992～1995年剖宫产术后受孕施行人工流产术[简称人流术]共485例,其中252例系在本院剖宫产的,占同期剖宫产术789例的31.93%.1 临床资料1.1 年龄与孕周 年龄22～35岁之间,平均28岁.孕周在6～8周374例,8～10周占99例,12周以上12例.1.2 剖宫产距人流术时间 剖宫产术后3个月内受孕者2例,6个月内受孕57例,1～2年者279例,2～3年者95例,3～5年42例,5年以上10例.其中1～2年279例,占57.53%.1.3 剖宫产手术方式 子宫下段剖宫产281例,子宫下段横切口37例,腹膜外剖宫产64例,古典式剖宫产6例.其余手术方式不详.1.4 人流时情况 子宫前倾位259例,后倾位126例,子宫平位84例,子宫与腹壁粘连16例.宫腔8～10cm346例,选用7号吸管,10～12cm127例用8号吸管,12cm以上12例,上午宫腔内置入12～16号导尿管,于当天下午行钳刮术.术时出血量<20～3oml 459例占94.63%,30～80ml占5.36%,平均30ml左右.
