“七五”期间,闽北山区渔业在上级及有关部门的重视和支持下,坚持水产发展方针,加强领导,依靠科技进步,狠抓政策和计划措施的落实,重视水域开发利用,搞好商品基地建设,促进渔业发展,取得了很大成绩。本文谨以邵武市渔业发展状况为例,“七五”期间,邵武市的养殖水面和鱼产量均由全区第四位上升到第三位。渔业在国民经济的比重由1985年的0.2上升为2.18。笔者拟就本市渔业目前存在的制约因素进行分析并提出对策,希望对闽北山区“八五”渔业发展提供参考。
During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, under the great attention and support of higher authorities and departments concerned, the fisheries in the mountainous areas of northern Fujian insist on the guideline of aquatic development, strengthen leadership, rely on scientific and technological progress, pay close attention to the implementation of policies and planning measures, attach importance to the development and utilization of water resources, Base construction, to promote the development of fisheries, has made great achievements. In this paper, we take the status of fisheries development in Shaowu as an example. During the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period, the aquaculture water and fish production in Shaowu City rose from the fourth place to the third place in the whole district. The share of fisheries in the national economy rose from 0.2 in 2000 to 2.18. The author intends to analyze the present restrictive factors of fisheries in this Municipality and put forward countermeasures in the hope of providing references for the development of fisheries in the Eighth Five-Year Plan of mountainous areas in northern Fujian.
