Braunstein proposed an algorithm to distinguish the Boolean functions of two different weights.Here we imple-ment the algorithm in a two-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor.The experiment shows that the algorithm could distinguish the Boolean functions of two different weights efficiently.
