随着新课程的改革,素质教育越来越得到重视,教师的综合素质也随之提高了。新的教学理念、新的教学课程、新的教学方法和手段活跃了我们的课堂,增添了教师的激情。同时,也给许多教师带来了一些困惑。例如,在新课改的热潮期,如何提高课堂教学的有效性已成为教师面临的主要困惑之一。主要从个性化Flash课程教学来浅谈提高课堂教学的有效性。
