目的:建立头孢特伦新戊酯颗粒溶出度测定方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定溶出量,以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶出介质。检测波长263 nm。结果:头孢特伦在2.4~19.2μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内与其吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9)。20 min取样,溶出度在90%以上(浆法)。结论:该方法操作简便,准确可靠;可用于头孢特伦新戊酯颗粒的溶出度测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cefetamet’s neopentyl ester particles dissolution. Methods: The amount of dissolution was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The hydrochloric acid solution (9 → 1000) was used as dissolution medium. Detection wavelength of 263 nm. Results: Cefotlorol had a good linear relationship with its absorbance in the range of 2.4 ~ 19.2μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9). 20 min sampling, dissolution of more than 90% (slurry method). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable; it can be used for the determination of cefditoren pivoxil particles dissolution.
