房地产业是由从事房地产开发经营、管理和服务等经济活动的企业组成的行业。其经济特性表现为通过对土地开发生产房屋产品,并以房屋商品进入社会经济的流通和分配领域,实现产业自身的经济目的。本文首先介绍了房地产业的重要地位,然后介绍了当前房地产在运行机制及发展模式中存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
The real estate industry is engaged in real estate development and management, management and service business activities of enterprises. Its economic characteristics are manifested through its economic development and production of housing products and the entry of housing commodities into the circulation and distribution of social economy so as to realize the economic purpose of the industry itself. This article first introduces the important position of the real estate industry, then introduces the current real estate in the operating mechanism and the development mode of the existing problems, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these problems.
