目的研究监护室医护人员手卫生教育方式,提高手卫生依从性。方法采用手卫生直观教育的方法,对医护人员手卫生进行培训,并观察医护人员手卫生依从性和质量监测。结果通过手卫生直观教育,重症监护室医护人员日洗手次数由教育前的16次提高到36次;手上带菌数由平均14 cfu/cm2,降低到≤5 cfu/cm2。检测结果显示,医护人员手卫生质量合格率由教育前的18.75%,提高到93.75%。结论通过手卫生直观教育,有效提高了重症监护室医护人员洗手依从性和手卫生质量。
Objective To study the hand hygiene education mode of medical staff in intensive care unit and to improve hand hygiene compliance. Methods The method of hand hygiene education was used to train hand hygiene of medical staff and observe the hand hygiene compliance and quality monitoring of medical staff. Results Through the direct education of hand hygiene, the number of hand-washing by medical staff in intensive care unit increased from 16 times before education to 36 times. The number of bacteria in hand decreased from 14 cfu / cm2 to <5 cfu / cm2. Test results show that medical staff quality of hand hygiene pass rate from 18.75% before education, increased to 93.75%. Conclusion Through the direct education of hand hygiene, it effectively improves the hand hygiene compliance and quality of hand hygiene in intensive care unit.
