参考国际透明组织公布的近10年的腐败印象指数,中国的腐败印象指数显示出我国的腐败程度不容乐观,反腐工作的力度还需加强。中国正处在社会转型期间,旧的权力制约机制已经瓦解,新的权力制约机制尚未完善,不受限制的权力很容易导致腐败行为。反腐工作需要抓源头,如果权力得到了有效的制约,很大程度上增加了腐败分子腐败的机会成本,可以减少腐败案件的发生。
With reference to the corrupt impression index published by Transparency International for the past 10 years, the corrupt impression index in China shows that the level of corruption in our country is not optimistic and the anti-corruption efforts need to be strengthened. China is in the process of social transformation. The old power restriction mechanism has been dismantled. The new power restriction mechanism has not yet been perfected. Unrestricted power can easily lead to corruption. The anti-corruption work needs to grasp the source. If the power is effectively restricted, the chance cost of corrupt elements corruption will be greatly increased, and corruption cases can be reduced.
