目的:分析煤矿开放性眼外伤的易发人群、原因、并发症及治疗效果。方法:对我院2005-06/2008-06收治的开放性眼外伤56例进行回顾性总结分析。结果:治疗后视力光感~0.05者13例,占23.2%;0.06~0.2者27例,占48.2%;0.3~0.5者9例,占16.1%;0.6以上者3例,占5.4%;无感者4例,占7.1%。结论:煤矿开放性眼外伤严重损害视功能,采取正确的治疗方法,对伤后视力的恢复和眼球的完整性起到关键作用。
Objective: To analyze the susceptible population, causes, complications and therapeutic effects of open eye injury in coal mines. Methods: 56 cases of open ocular trauma treated in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After treatment, the sensitivity of visual acuity was 0.05 in 13 cases (23.2%); 0.06-0.2 in 27 cases (48.2%); 0.3-0.5 in 9 cases (16.1%); 0.6 more than 3 cases (5.4%); 4 cases of flu, accounting for 7.1%. Conclusion: The open eye injury in coal mine severely damages the visual function and takes the correct treatment method, which plays a key role in the recovery of visual acuity and the integrity of the eyeball.
