目的了解长春市宽城区各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量。方法采用现场抽样检测方法进行了监测。结果共检测样品4944件,合格4488件,总合格率为90.78%。2005~2008年合格率分别为88.65%、89.51%、90.43%和94.57%。不同监测项目中,空气合格率为74.40%;物体表面92.09%;使用中消毒液94.36%;医务人员手85.36%;压力蒸汽灭菌器100%;无菌物品98.52%。结论长春市宽城区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量呈逐年上升趋势,但仍存在薄弱环节。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Changchun City. Methods The method of field sampling was used for monitoring. Results A total of 4944 samples were tested, 4488 were qualified, the total pass rate was 90.78%. The passing rates from 2005 to 2008 were 88.65%, 89.51%, 90.43% and 94.57% respectively. Among the different monitoring items, the pass rate of air is 74.40%; the surface of the object is 92.09%; the disinfectant in use is 94.36%; the hand of medical staff is 85.36%; the pressure steam sterilizer is 100%; the sterilized article is 98.52%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in Kuancheng District of Changchun City has been increasing year by year, but there are still some weak points.
