用通过化学氧化法制备的高分子导电聚合物聚吡咯,对贮氢合金Mg1.8Nd0.2Ni进行表面处理。研究了不同处理时间,使用硅烷偶联剂KH570配制的黏结剂对合金电极的电化学和动力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:相对未处理的合金电极,表面处理后的合金电极在50个充放电循环中容量保持率从77.82%提高到91.72%,氢扩散速率显著提高,合金的抗氧化、抗腐蚀性能得到改善。
The surface of the hydrogen storage alloy Mg1.8Nd0.2Ni was surface treated with polymer conductive polymer polypyrrole prepared by chemical oxidation. The effects of different curing time on the electrochemical and kinetic properties of the alloy electrode were investigated by using a silane coupling agent KH570. The experimental results show that the capacity retention rate of surface treated alloy electrode increased from 77.82% to 91.72% and the hydrogen diffusion rate increased significantly compared with untreated alloy electrode. The oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy were obtained improve.
